Jen Frazier heads up the Firefly team. Former Online Marketing Director for Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), Jen has more than 8 years of nonprofit online/email strategy and marketing expertise. During her tenure at PPFA, Jen was responsible for starting the organization's online advocacy efforts.  She is particularly proud of having grown the PPFA email supporter list from 3,000 names to a thriving and vibrant online community of donors and activists over 1 million names strong. Jen has managed and directed hundreds of online campaigns and is a nationally recognized expert in best practices in online engagement. Through her years of working closely with many of Planned Parenthood's local affiliate offices, Jen has become extremely well versed in the overall needs and realities of smaller nonprofit organizations. Maureen Wallbeoff, our Vice President, also hails from the Planned Parenthood family. Maureen was with Planned Parenthood of Connecticut for more than 16 years and grew her career from clinic assistant to the Director of e-Business.   She possesses a solid grounding in the business needs of the nonprofit sector.   Maureen developed and implemented an agency-wide staff training program, managed health centers, created successful methods used to replace a variety of legacy paper-based systems with computerized processes, and grew the PPC website from a 10 page site for educators into a robust online suite which promoted the work of each department in the agency.  Since 2001 she has been a thought-leader focused on the online work of non-profits.  Maureen lives with her daughter in Connecticut and likes to laugh.   Contact Maureen.

Marketing, Strategy & Design Manager Erin Johansen Hurwitt brings over a decade of diverse online experience in both the non-profit and for-profit worlds. Her several years of experience in the Internet industry working with online giants such as CNET and iVillage gives her a forward-thinking edge in online marketing for non-profits. Erin has spent the last few years on the non-profit side, and in addition to her consulting work served as a web producer for the Breast Cancer Fund and the Campaign for Safe Cosmetics, as well as consulting on usability and strategy for online advocacy and acquisition. In addition to solid production and design skills, and a keen interest in helping non-profits maximize on the latest in online trends, Erin is passionate about her work and has a deep sense of the needs and obstacles facing small and mid-size non-profits.   Erin lives in California with her husband, travels to India annually and in her "spare time" works on a PhD in South Asian Philosophy.  Contact Erin.
