Union Privilege, the member benefits arm of the AFL-CIO, provides dozens of benefits to union workers across the States. Union Privilege wanted a better way to share news and updates with all of its members. They hired Firefly to design engaging news and email templates that better incorporated their branding and messaging.
- Problem
Union Privilege needed new eNewsletter templates built in the Salsa platform that incorporated their branding and marketing and rendered properly across major email platforms. They wanted to create templates that would get their members interested in reading news updates and hoped to carry their visual identity into the new design.
- Solution
The Firefly team designed, developed and tested two e-newsletter templates and several general email stationeries using the Salsa platform. The e-newsletter design and development focused on increasing the layout and usability of the e-newsletters for Union Privilege members receiving messages, containing dynamic content.
Each template was designed with different visual elements, but remained consistent to Union Privilege branding and marketing. Firefly tested each template to confirm proper rendering across each platform and to ensure that constituents were receiving the appropriate dynamic content.
The overall result? Easy-to-browse, engaging newsletters that deliver Union Privilege news and updates to its members.
