Tufts Medical Center, based in Boston, is an academic medical center whose goal is to offer the best patient care while teaching future physicians the best in medical care and ethics. The Medical Center was founded in 1796 with contributions from local Bostonians. It still relies on supporters today. The Medical Center's Development Department knew their Giving page needed some love. While the functionality worked, the Giving Pages didn't clearly communication the Medical Center's message and the information was difficult to navigate. Firefly was hired on to refresh the Giving section of the website with a better layout and messaging that more clearly presented the fundraising team's priorities.

The Wilderness Society

The Wilderness Society had lots of followers on Facebook. They prioritized the need to allow followers to convert to supporters within the Facebook space. Firefly laid out a plan to bring their Convio tools into their Facebook account, where they could put that popular supporter space to use. A secondary priority was addressing the needs of another segment of their supporters – mobile users. We think that supporters should be able to make donations no matter what device they are using!

Children's Defense Fund

The Children's Defense Fund (CDF) grew out of the Civil Rights Movement under the leadership of Marian Wright Edelman. Firefly assisted CDF in the development of a long-term online fundraising plan that included specific goals, began soliciting donors more regularly and was coordinated with their direct mail campaigns.

Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation

National Wildlife Federation was eager to reach their supporters in a new way. Firefly designed and created a new donation appeal series for NWF members that ensured consisting branding across all campaign assets.

Multiple Sclerosis Association of America

The Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the quality of life for everyone affected by multiple sclerosis (MS). MSAA provides ongoing support and direct services to individuals with MS and the people close to them. MSAA also serves to promote greater understanding of the needs and challenges of those who face physical obstacles. MSAA was using Convio's Luminate Online platform for online donations. They wanted to add mobile giving functionality and turned to Firefly to help them with this new technical frontier.

Boys' Club of New York

Located in three diverse New York City neighborhoods, The Boys' Club of New York (BCNY) provides a wide range of activities to boys between the ages of 6 and 18 across the city.
