A Different Kind of Partner

Firefly opened our doors in late 2007 – a shared vision between the partners at Beaconfire Consulting and Jen Frazier, former Online Marketing Director for Planned Parenthood Federation of America. Our goal at the outset was to create a company that could provide quality assistance to smaller nonprofits with their online work without breaking the bank. With a lot of hard work, we’ve met and surpassed our goals for the early days of the company a reality and we now have a thriving business here at Firefly Partners.

Firefly is a unique company in many ways. First and foremost, we are virtual – the team works from home offices all around the country. Even though we don’t meet every day in person, we are a close-knit team that works together seamlessly on projects of all sizes.

Secondly, everyone on the Firefly team has worked for nonprofit organizations at some point in our careers. We truly understand the challenges our clients are facing working within today’s online ecosystem. We are focused on helping our clients improve their online efforts – so they can successfully integrate the work into their day-to-day duties.

The last difference is perhaps most important - we only work with nonprofit organization, many of which have an operating budget of $5M or less. Team Firefly is lucky to experience the joy of waking up every day to help a wide variety of organizations accomplish their mission.

We have learned a lot since we opened first our doors. We’ve grown tremendously, we’ve kept up with today’s technology and we’ve worked really hard to get here. We bring optimism and fun to each and every project and continue to have fun doing it. We’ve learned that it’s possible to provide quality consulting services at an affordable rate – and build the company you always wanted to work for at the same time!
