The Firefly team has over one million years of combined experience doing online work in the nonprofit world. Ok, that’s not true. But what is true is that we are a tight, cohesive and high-functioning team made up of hard working professionals who are geeky (but understandable).
Firefly Management
Jen Frazier

Firefly is headed up by Jen Frazier. Jen brings over ten years of nonprofit online and email strategy and marketing expertise with her to every project at Firefly. Jen has managed and directed hundreds of online campaigns and is a nationally recognized expert in best practices in online engagement. Through her years of working with many of Planned Parenthood’s local offices, Jen has become extremely well versed in the overall needs and realities of smaller nonprofit organizations.
Maureen Wallbeoff

Maureen Wallbeoff, our Vice President, was with Planned Parenthood of Connecticut. Over her 16 year tenure, she rose from clinic assistant to the Director of e-Business for the organization. She possesses more than a decade of online campaign development and project management, along with a deep understanding of the strategic business needs of the nonprofit sector. A skilled presenter and facilitator, Maureen loves to bring people together to have authentic conversations that create consensus within an organization. She lives in Connecticut and is currently getting up the courage to teach her daughter to drive.

Nathan Allen

Nathan Allen, Web Developer, has been designing and building websites for over a decade. Prior to Firefly, he was the Web & Multimedia Manager at Homes for Our Troops, where he was responsible for all things relating to their Internet presence. Based in Providence, Nathan is passionate about learning new things and providing online solutions to nonprofits. When Nathan isn't online, he enjoys painting, cooking, and traveling.
Leslie Beck

Leslie Beck, Online Production Specialist, has more than 10 years of non-profit experience. Before joining Firefly, she worked as the Director of Internet Operations with American Rivers, a national river conservation organization. In this role she was responsible for creating and driving the organization’s online communications strategy and for management of the American River website. When Leslie isn’t busy helping non-profits she fills her time downhill skiing, reading and getting out on rivers.
Jimmy Cudzilo

Jimmy Cudzilo, our Data and Technical Lead, brings over a decade of database and communications experience with nonprofit organizations. Most recently with Loyola University Chicago, Jimmy was responsible for the deployment of online giving and donor acknowledgement, as well as the launching several microsites. Jimmy’s experience in education and healthcare organizations brings a unique understanding of online communication and fundraising strategies.
Renee Dunn

Renee Dunn, Web Developer, has been building web sites for over ten years. Renee has worked at GetActive and Convio as a web developer, project manager and information architect. In addition to building sites on GetActive and Convio platforms, she has built sites on Drupal and WordPress and continues to look for new platforms to learn. Renee is based in Fredericksburg, VA and enjoys traveling and scuba diving.
Julia Fedor

Julia Fedor, Junior Project Manager, has several years of online and offline communications experience at advocacy and policy organizations. She previously worked at the Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health where she was responsible for managing the organization’s online channels, including the website, database, e-marketing, and social media networks. Julia helped found the Chicago Female Condom Campaign, for which she developed and implemented the social media strategy, and has advised other organizations on social media trends and best practices. She lives in Chicago and enjoys cooking, salsa dancing, and traveling abroad.
Christy Felton

Christy Felton, Business Office Manager, has spent the last thirteen years managing and streamlining small businesses. She has a passion for doing a great job, no matter how big or small, and tying up loose ends. She is a Colorado native, who currently lives out of Longmont, with her husband on their organic farm. When she is not busy organizing, she balances her life creating poetry, greeting cards, and glass art.
Ira Horowitz

Ira Horowitz, Lead Project Manager, has more than a decade of online communications, advocacy and fundraising experience with several nonprofit organizations. Ira began working with Firefly in the beginning of 2009. Prior to Firefly, Ira served as the online community organizer for Free Press, where he was responsible for executing online campaigns, leveraging social media and social networking sites, and providing innovative online organizing tools for supporters. Ira executed the Stop Big Media online campaign, in which Free Press was awarded the 2008 Convio Innovator Award for Best Advocacy Campaign.
Mandy Loy

Mandy Loy, Project Manager, has close to two decades' experience working in and with nonprofit organizations, from publications and website management for Independent Sector (a national group representing charities and foundations) to account management and marketing for the former GetActive Software. From content development to design, production, and project management, Mandy enjoys the many aspects of web-based communications and learning new techniques and approaches to help organizations achieve their missions online. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Mandy enjoys architecture and design, gardening, baking, and being active.
Jen Maceyko

Jen Maceyko, Project Manager, has more than five years of nonprofit experience, particularly in international affairs and publishing. She cut her online teeth as the Online Content Manager at Conservation International, where she was responsible for implementing the digital communication strategy, migrating individual programs into the organization’s flagship website and empowering content managers to tell their stories through a host of multimedia outlets. In a former life, she was a writer and editor with a penchant for the Chicago Manual of Style.
Coralie Meade Rodriguez

Online Production Director, Coralie Rodriguez, brings over a decade of online production experience with nonprofit organizations. Most recently with UNICEF USA as Interactive Marketing Officer, Coralie was responsible for the production of all online materials, including all unicefusa.org properties, e-communications, and interactive media. Coralie is committed to improving the effectiveness of nonprofits using a variety of online technologies.
Glen Rogers

Glen Rogers, our Database/CRM Architect, brings 14 years of successful database administration, migration & development, advanced website design and a strong background in CRM installation and implementation. Glen has worked with a number of non-profit organizations including the Texas State Alumni Association, Star of Hope Women & Family Center and with Living Waters for the World, just to name a few. Prior to coming to Firefly, Glen worked as a Senior Database/CRM Consultant. In a former life, he worked as a High School English Literature teacher at an inner-city high school in Houston, TX, where he was named “Teacher of the Year” for the State of Texas in 1997.
