Jen Frazier

Firefly is headed up by Jen Frazier. Jen brings over ten years of nonprofit online and email strategy and marketing expertise with her to every project at Firefly. Jen has managed and directed hundreds of online campaigns and is a nationally recognized expert in best practices in online engagement. Through her years of working with many of Planned Parenthood’s local offices, Jen has become extremely well versed in the overall needs and realities of smaller nonprofit organizations.

Maureen Wallbeoff

Maureen Wallbeoff, our Vice President, was with Planned Parenthood of Connecticut. Over her 16 year tenure, she rose from clinic assistant to the Director of e-Business for the organization. She possesses more than a decade of online campaign development and project management, along with a deep understanding of the strategic business needs of the nonprofit sector. A skilled presenter and facilitator, Maureen loves to bring people together to have authentic conversations that create consensus within an organization. She lives in Connecticut and is currently getting up the courage to teach her daughter to drive.

Renee Dunn

Renee Dunn,Technical Services Director, has been building web sites for over ten years. Renee has worked at GetActive and Convio as a web developer, project manager and information architect. Renee has strong experience building sites on a variety of open-source and proprietary platforms and working with jQuery and APIs to build custom solutions. Renee is based in Fredericksburg, VA and enjoys traveling and scuba diving.

Kristin Hau’oli Schillinger

Kristin Hau’oli Schillinger, Client Services Director, is a communications strategist who helps nonprofits use technology to tell their stories and deepen relationships with their supporters.  Having worked for the last 10+ years on both consulting and in-house teams, she has helped raise money, recruit activists, and win campaigns for organizations big and small, including the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, the Humane Society of the United States, Planned Parenthood Shasta Pacific, and Global Green USA. Kristin is based in New Orleans where she enjoys bicycling through the French Quarter, making music and upcycled crafts, watching football and documentaries, and planning adventures with her husband in their VW Bus.

Christy Felton

Christy Felton, Business Office Manager, has spent the last thirteen years managing and streamlining small businesses. She has a passion for doing a great job, no matter how big or small, and tying up loose ends. She is a Colorado native, who currently lives out of Longmont, with her husband on their organic farm. When she is not busy organizing, she balances her life creating poetry, greeting cards, and glass art.

Jen Maceyko

Jen Maceyko, Senior Operations Manager, has more than five years of nonprofit experience, particularly in international affairs and publishing. She was a project manager at Firefly for two years and continues to manage a number of client projects. She cut her online teeth as the Online Content Manager at Conservation International, where she was responsible for implementing the digital communication strategy, migrating individual programs into the organization’s flagship website and empowering content managers to tell their stories through a host of multimedia outlets. In a former life, she was a writer and editor with a penchant for the Chicago Manual of Style.

Kat Saks, our Business Development Manager, brings to Firefly nearly ten years of experience in digital marketing strategy and execution. A former New York advertising executive, Kat has had the pleasure of serving Fortune 100 companies and local non-profits alike. Kat’s extensive experience in strategic planning, online campaign development and project management offers clients a unique 360° perspective to help them achieve their goals. Kat lives in Denver, Colorado and spends her free time teaching and practicing yoga..

Julia Fedor

Julia Fedor, Senior Project Manager, previously worked in online communications and public policy at the Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health where she was responsible for managing the website, online database, email marketing, and social media. She also has experience in field organizing at Population Connection and health policy at the National Organization for Women. Recently, she served as a fellow with the U.S. Department of State in an international exchange for public interest professionals in the U.S. and Turkey. Julia is based in Chicago and enjoys travel, photography, and salsa dancing.

Jenny Frank

Jenny Frank, Project Manager, has 13 years’ experience in project management, advertising, and public relations. Her past clients include a broad range of commercial businesses and non-profits, including Microsoft and Habitat for Humanity. Jenny loves helping a project grow from a budding idea into a well-rounded web presence. She has a passion for web usability and making technology easy for everyone to understand. She is based in the DC Metro Area and enjoys a good read, live music, and dreaming of being an avid horseback rider in her next life.

Natania LeClerc

Natania LeClerc, Project Manager, has 8+ years experience in online communications and fundraising in direct response. Prior to joining Firefly, Natania was the New Media Fundraising Manager with Best Friends Animal Society where she managed their online fundraising program, and led the transition to a more robust fundraising/email marketing tool of Blue State Digital. Natania is results-oriented and thrives on the creative process to create successful campaigns for good causes. Based in Chicago, she enjoys running outside (when it's not snowing), photography, and watching re-runs of Seinfeld and 30 Rock.

Michelle Wilczynski

Michelle Wilczynski, Project Manager, has several years of online communications, media, and advocacy experience within the workforce development community. Prior to joining Firefly, Michelle served as Senior Communications Associate for National Skills Coalition where managed all online communications efforts and press activities and helped craft the Coalition’s policy and political messages. In addition to being a political news junkie, she enjoys reading, running and exploring her new hometown of Pittsburgh.

Nathan Allen

Nathan Allen, Web Developer, has been designing and building websites for over a decade. Prior to Firefly, he was the Web & Multimedia Manager at Homes for Our Troops, where he was responsible for all things relating to their Internet presence. Based in Providence, Nathan is passionate about learning new things and providing online solutions to nonprofits. When Nathan isn't online, he enjoys painting, cooking, and traveling.

Leslie Beck

Leslie Beck, Web Developer, has more than 10 years of non-profit experience. Before joining Firefly, she worked as the Director of Internet Operations with American Rivers, a national river conservation organization. In this role she was responsible for creating and driving the organization’s online communications strategy and for management of the American River website. When Leslie isn’t busy helping non-profits she fills her time downhill skiing, reading and getting out on rivers.

Coralie Meade Rodriguez

Senior Production Specialist, Coralie Rodriguez, brings over a decade of online production experience with nonprofit organizations. Most recently with UNICEF USA as Interactive Marketing Officer, Coralie was responsible for the production of all online materials, including all unicefusa.org properties, e-communications, and interactive media. Coralie is committed to improving the effectiveness of nonprofits using a variety of online technologies.

Lisa Nichols

Lisa Nichols, Online Production Specialist, has been building websites for nearly 15 years. Prior to coming to Firefly, she was with the Humane Society of Huron Valley, where she was responsible for creating and maintaining their online presence and communications, as well as developing and implementing part of their online fundraising strategy. She has also worked with Michigan Radio, and in the corporate world, Borders, Inc. She has a passion for problem solving. In addition to sharing her home in Ypsilanti, MI with several rescue animals, Lisa enjoys reading, singing, and writing fiction.
